South African communication strategist Nomathamsanqa 'Thami' Nkadimeng led the country's global voice on Wednesday (1 May) at the Global Citizen NOW: Ideas For Urgent Action Summit at Spring Studios in New York.
The two-day summit brings together a diverse group of leaders from both the private and public sectors, alongside artists and advocates, to urgently address and work towards ending extreme poverty.
Known globally as the 'Message Architect', Nkadimeng communicates her words to move society and humanity forward. "I have a great relationship with communications, so I love to break down and build words so that they make sense and are understandable to all humans around the world," she told News24.
